Screw-In Hot Tubes
The Screw-in Hot Tube is part of a range of Lycris Byrne Irish manufactured products designed to facilitate a reduction in the amount of energy (gas, oil or electricity) used to heat water in the home. The Screw-in Hot Tube is is immersed via the heater flange (immersion port) on the top dome of the existing copper cylinder and to the central heating boiler in series with the cylinder coil increasing the heat transfer surface thereby increasing the efficiency of the cylinder (as illustrated in the drawing below).
