- Suitable for Vented or Unvented Systems
| Advantages of Glass Lined Steel Cylinders over
Copper Cylinders in Unvented systems |
- Glass Lined Steel Unvented Cylinders are less expensive
than Copper Unvented Cylinders.
- The constant expansion and contraction of copper
during heating and cooling of domestic water greatly reduces the
"life" of a copper cylinder.
- Pressure reducing valves are not required on a
Glass Lined Cylinder, as it operates at up to 10 Bar pressure.
Thus allowing the full volume of water to reach the taps and showers.
This avoids a fall off in pressure if a second or third tap is
turned on simultaneously.
